Description
### Describe the problem
The current `fare_media_type` does not have an option for e-tickets (PDF tickets, or QR code tickets). This is used in some transport networks, such as National Rail, FlixBus, etc.
### Use cases
I want to specify a certain fare product to be available on an e-ticket
### Proposed solution
Add an enum value for `fare_media_type` in `fare_media.txt`
