Expose the configurable keys on the UI in the Settings section.

Start in the Settings section and trace how system.json configuration is currently loaded and edited. Identify the additional keys represented by the examples, including Monitoring disconnects, module log levels, and module timeouts. Done means these settings can be configured through the UI without direct JSON editing and retain their values correctly.
