## Proposed Location
It's existing file in `docs/` (path-to-authorization.md).

## Content Outline / Draft
Remove documentation conversion artifacts and either create links and/or color code to match the original document (similar to the image here):

Update to version 1.1 (exists in source Google Drive, but GitHub version is 1.0).
