The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) Compliance Regime configuration blueprint will support the rapid deployment of Gemini Enterprise for customers requiring a HIPPA compliance regime configuration.

**Justification**
This initiative is a direct investment in Gemini Enterprise delivery velocity and customer adoption.

**Success Criteria**
* A Pull Request containing all required functionality for the HIPPA compliance regime support for Gemini Enterprise.
* The framework is extensible, allowing for new features and functionality to be added as our best practices evolve.
