Hiding Audience tiles for view-sharing dashboard?

## Feature Description

This came up while testing Audience Segmentation.

- If let's say I set up AS tiles under admin and I have dashboard sharing on for an editor, who can see the tiles.
- Now under admin, I go to the SKsettings and turn off the display for the groups.
- It doesn't show on the admin dashboard anymore.
- Should it be hidden in the editor's dashboard too? My gut feel is yes because they don't have access to the settings to toggle on and off.

Currently, based on my testing, the audience widget would remain for an editor.
