CTA text shifts when opening audience panel

## Bug Description

At breakpoint 1070px, whenever we open the audience selection panel, the CTA text shifts.
I am unsure on which range of breakpoints this will happen.

## Steps to reproduce

This was reproduced on Chrome desktop and Safari at breakpoint 1070px
1. Set up Audience Tiles with New and Returning visitors
2. Archive the 2 audiences
3. The audience tile will display "Audience no longer available" tile
4. Click on 'Select other groups' to open the audience selection panel and notice how the text shifts in the background.
