Console errors with Enhanced Conversion Tracking and Google Ads on a site with WooCommerce

## Bug Description

As reported by [a user in the support forums](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/checkout-jquery-problem), various WooCommerce console errors are appearing and impacting checkout behavior when Enhanced Conversion Tracking is enabled.

## Potential workarounds
- Adding Enahanced Conversion Tracking via GTM (unconfirmed)
- Adding Google Ads via manual insertion or GTM (unconfirmed)


## Steps to reproduce

Unable to recreate on test sites so far, although in the users case the following steps to create may apply:
1. Set up SK on a site with WooCommerce
2. Activate the Google Ads and GA modules
3. Enabled Enhanced Conversion Tracking
4. Check your browser console log for errors or mis-formatting during checkout

- The user reported that the same occurs via troubleshooting mode, using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. Only SK and WooCommerce active.
- This was discussed in a Support Engineering Sync, where we couldn't find any SK specific error. The console errors point to WooCommerce, with there possibly being configurations applied that is impacting behavior.
- The user is using Cloudflare, although the same occurs with this disabled
