Description

## Bug Description

The page title link on "Top content table" on the widget on the main WordPress dashboard links to that pages "Detailed page view", whereas on the same table on the Site Kit dashboard, clicking on a page title will direct users to that page on analytics.google.com.

Improve consistency by pointing both page titles to Site Kit's "Detailed page view" screen. If a user wishes to view more details on that particular page from analytics.google.com, they can always click on the "Source: Analytics" link.

## Steps to reproduce

1. Check any "Top content" link from the main WordPress dashboard page (on the Site Kit widget)
2. Compare that to the link on the main Site Kit dashboard (which directs users to the Analytics platform)

## Additional Context

- SK 1.116.0
- I was of the belief that previously the link on the SK dashboard did direct users to the "Detailed Page View" screen
