Update RRM `webcontentpublisher` API client

## Feature Description

The Reader Revenue Manager `webcontentpublisher` API client should be updated with an up-to-date discovery doc to support new fields in the publication resource, such as `publication_type` and `rrm_product.tos_acceptance.email_opt_in`.
