Improve UI of the tooltip tours for Site goals

## Bug Description

Minor UI improvement. Add more padding to the left on the Site goals widgets in the feature tour.

As you can see from the edge/text nearly overlap.

Start by locating the Site goals widgets used by the feature tour and inspect their tooltip styling alongside the two attached screenshots. The work is done when the tooltip text has visibly more left padding and no longer nearly overlaps the edge in both examples; no automated test location is specified in the issue.
