Description
## Bug Description
The smiley response options in the Site Goals survey are not evenly spaced.
There is a noticeably larger gap between the first and second smileys compared with the spacing between the remaining options. This makes the response scale appear visually misaligned.
## Steps to reproduce
1. Enable the siteGoals feature flag.
2. Trigger the Group 2 or Group 3 Site Goals survey.
3. View the first question containing the smiley response scale.
4. Observe the spacing between the smileys.
**Expected result**
All five smiley options should be evenly distributed with consistent spacing.
**Actual result**
The gap between the first and second smileys is larger than the gaps between the other smileys.

Research direction
Enable the siteGoals feature flag and trigger a Group 2 or Group 3 survey. Start at the first question's five-smiley response scale and trace its frontend layout. Done means all five options have consistent spacing, with the first-to-second gap matching the others, and the survey still renders correctly.
