Color links within email reports

We already underline all links within email reports. Consider also applying a link color to all such links.

Start by locating the email report rendering and link styling in the JavaScript codebase, then inspect how existing link underlining is applied. Update the styling so all links in email reports also have a link color, and verify the reports display both the underline and color consistently.
