Following `Customize settings` CTA is not always clear where to edit SiWG settings

## Feature Description

If there are several modules active, following the CTA to customize settings - it is not always visible that SiWG module has settings expanded, and it can be confusing where to edit the settings. Maybe we should include a scroll to the settings section
