Top Performing Keywords’ Ket metrics Widget Displays 0% CTR.

## Bug Description

On Darren's live site, we noticed that the 'Top Performing Keywords' widget is displaying a 0% CTR.

## Steps to reproduce

1. Set up SK with Google Analytics (using a live site with the Tester plugin).
2. Set up KMW and manually select the "Top Performing Keywords" widget.
3. Change the date range.
4. Notice that the "Top Performing Keywords" widget displays a 0% CTR.

Start by reproducing the issue through the Top Performing Keywords widget after connecting Site Kit to Google Analytics, configuring KMW, and changing the date range. Trace the widget's CTR data from the reproduced display and compare it with the available analytics values. Done means the widget displays the correct CTR instead of always showing 0%.
