AdSense 'Earnings at Risk' Notification Reappears After Tag Manager Setup

## Bug Description

The 'Earnings at Risk' notification, which appears after successfully setting up AdSense and is dismissed by the user, reappears after setting up Tag Manager.

## Steps to reproduce

1. Set up SK using the oi.ie site.
2. Set up AdSense.
3. Dismiss the AdSense 'Earnings at Risk' notification.
4. Navigate to Settings → Connect More Services.
5. Set up Tag Manager.
6. Select a Tag Manager account and container.
7. Complete the setup.
8. You will be redirected to the main dashboard.
9. A successful Tag Manager setup notice appears on the dashboard.
10. Wait a few seconds.
11. The AdSense 'Earnings at Risk' notice reappears.
_**12. Note : If we disconnect and reconnect analytics or any other module then The 'Earnings at Risk' notification will reappear again.**_

Expected : The 'Earnings at Risk' notification should not reappear after being dismissed.
