Description
Right now the Tensorflow Dataset download hangs indefinitely.
Alternatively the dataset can be downloaded as a zip file from https://storage.googleapis.com/gresearch/smart_buildings_dataset/tabular_data/sb1.zip
However it would be ideal for us to fix the ability to download the Dataset from Tensorflow datasets as well.
