Description
We should release this environment as an installable image or product on Google Cloud Platform.
This may involve leveraging the Dockerfile or a related set up mechanism. Depends on #80
We will prioritize the ability to run scripts on the Google Cloud server. Notebooks are not (as) necessary, because after we publish the project to PyPI (#99) , users can import the package into Colab.
