Help in removing unwanted stations

I live close to NYC with the stations moving around. I also tapped into fios for awhile. The result is I have over a hundred stations that are not available or dead. My problem is that when updating for instance WFUTDT3 which was on DT5 now on DT3, I get the wrong logo for DT3, the logo is on DT5 for which there is no data. Both are on the same physical channel 30-68-3. I would like to be able to remove entirely from the system all unused channels so that a partial channel scan can allow me to straighten everything out.

Okay, for some reason a partial update mixed the old WFUTDT5 with the new WFUTDT3 and the logos were wrong. I did a full update and it fixed all of the crossed stations that had moved channels.
