Unicode Quotation Marks

Not sure if this would be in the STV or the SageTV core but it doesn't deal very well with Unicode quotation marks. More to the point the opening double quote or closing single quote. This might actually be more extensive in that there may be a complete inability to deal with Unicode characters. Though I've personally noticed this most often from metadata retrieved from TVDB. Here is an example, notice the description with spaces after the Double quote at the beginning and the single quotes in the last sentance.
