remove sage epg option from the STV.

I think we should probably remove the sage epg option from the STV since it's effectively gone at this point. avoid any future issues popping up. I haven't made any STV changes since the open source era, so I'm not positive on the best way to submit changes for it, but it shouldn't be a terribly difficult change to simply omit that option from the selection (which should move schedules direct to the top of the list).
