Schedules Direct: Enable Runtime/Duration Data

Description
Schedules Direct has duration time for movies in its metadata (in SageTV lingo, this is referred to as runtime). This was deliberately disabled in the SageTV Schedules Direct implementation due to a future API change that would change the location of this meta data.
EnterNoEscape asked me to create an issue for this, and he will add it when he gets some time.
