Add toggle to stop download of channels logos, show/movie pictures.

For people with very limited data plans (read cell data only), it would be nice to turn off everything except the EPG data. This would include the channel logos (maybe an option) and the downloaded pictures that are shown when browsing recordings and other (search?) locations.
