Remove broken items from the "online" menu

Description
Per below linked forum post, remove broken items from "online" menu in default install. The example given was the built in youtube option which does not work.
_"I agree but something should be done about the youtube menu item and the Online menu item in general. The stock install provides a broken youtube which is only going to cause confusion. The "Online" menu should have the broken items removed."_
