Description
This is an academically interested project but not immediately pressing.
It would be interesting to take a set of currently successful debian packages, maybe 20 or 30, and run rebuilds for ~all versions available in history (capped at a reasonable number). We can then see approximately how far back we can expect rebuilds of the debian ecosystem to succeed.
Optionally, this could be extended to our other ecosystems, depending on the results from debian.
