cannot access reproducer testcase for upx

I am the maintainer of UPX and the owner of the participation of UPX in oss-fuzz. I am logged in to my Google account using Chrome browser. I followed links to be logged in also to GitHub. I cannot access the raw Reproducer Testcase identified below.
I get hundreds of kilobytes of JavaScript. The actual testcase is in the neighborhood of 1 kilobyte (an ELFre executable file).
How can I retrieve the actual file?

Start by reproducing the download from the linked OSS-Fuzz testcase URL while authenticated in Chrome, and compare it with the detailed report and revision links. Trace which OSS-Fuzz web entry point returns the JavaScript response instead of the approximately 1 KB ELF testcase; done means the actual reproducer file can be retrieved.
