AFL stability metric broken?

I used to use the AFL stability metric to improve fuzz targets via the link https://oss-fuzz.com/fuzzer-stats?group_by=by-fuzzer&fuzzer=afl&job=afl_asan_bitcoin-core&project=bitcoin-core. However, it just sits constant at 100% for all fuzz targets, which is wrong.

Going back to a week in the past month, it correctly shows a stability of 0.91 (or similar) for some fuzz targets.

So my questions are:

* Is the metric still working at all for any project? (I can only see bitcoin-core)
* If it is broken, what broke it?
