javy has no fuzzer statistics or crash statistics

👋 [this PR](https://github.com/google/oss-fuzz/pull/12754) to integrate Javy into OSS-Fuzz was merged on Monday Nov 25 but I can't seem to find any [fuzzer](https://oss-fuzz.com/fuzzer-stats?project=javy&fuzzer=libFuzzer&job=libfuzzer_nosanitizer_javy&group_by=by-fuzzer) or [crash](https://oss-fuzz.com/crash-stats?project=javy) statistics for Javy. I see in [the build status logs](https://oss-fuzz-build-logs.storage.googleapis.com/index.html#javy) that Javy has successful builds.

Do you know why we wouldn't be seeing any fuzzer or crash statistics with the project successfully building?

Start with merged PR 12754 and the Javy build status logs linked in the issue, then compare those results with the linked fuzzer and crash statistics pages. Determine why successful builds do not produce visible statistics; done means the cause is identified and the appropriate Javy statistics are available or the missing prerequisite is documented.
