Can't access reproducers for "other jobs"

Hi all,

When accessing a testcase detail, I can download the unminimized testcase, minimized testcase and build, but I am not able to access the reproducers listed in the table "Testcase analysis on other jobs". I get the error

> You (email=mvanb1@gmail.com) are not authorized to access this page!

I've had this problem for quite a while on several testcases, so I thought it was time to report it. Could someone please help me out here?

Start by reproducing the authorization error from a testcase detail page and inspect the links in the “Testcase analysis on other jobs” table. Compare those reproducer links with the working downloads for the unminimized testcase, minimized testcase, and build; done means an authorized user can access the listed reproducers without the error.
