CIFuzz and GitHub code scanning alerts

Recently I've added support for [Github code scanning alerts](https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/code-scanning/integrating-with-code-scanning/sarif-support-for-code-scanning) in CIFuzz/ClusterFuzzLite.
Would any CIFuzz/CFL users like to volunteer to be the first to use this?
All you would need to do is make a small change to your workflow files, in return, bugs found by CIFuzz/ClusterFuzzLite will be reported using a better UI.
