### What is the problem this feature will solve?
Ensuring tooling and integration between them is effectively working
### What is the feature you are proposing to solve the problem?
Adding a Github action to run the OSDFIR Infrastructure setup and run a script that will process some test data. Specifically:
* Upload a test image into OpenRelik -> process with Plaso
* Import to Timesketch (tests OpenRelik -> Timesketch integration)
* Within Timesketch, run all Yeti feeds (tests Timesketch -> Yeti integration)
* Within Yeti, import DFIQ feed data and Timesketch timeline data (tests Yeti -> Timesketch integration)
### What alternatives have you considered?

Research direction
No file, workflow, test script, or entry point is named. Start by mapping the GitHub Action needed to set up the OSDFIR infrastructure, then trace the proposed test-data flow from OpenRelik and Plaso through Timesketch and Yeti. Done means the recurring workflow completes the full integration sequence successfully.
