pip install openlocationcode loads old version of openlocationcode.py
pip says
Successfully installed openlocationcode-1.0.1

https://pypi.org/search/?q=openlocationcode
suggests it is at least 4 years old

Forgive me if this is the wrong place to report this issue,
but I had a look at https://github.com/pypi/ and none
of their categories seem to fit.
