Android device(s): Samsung S10 FE, A56 (Exynos 1580 chipset)
Oboe version: 1.7.2
App name used for testing:
Koala sampler
**Short description**
Users experiencing dropouts in audio output - it looks like 1 buffer of audio is correctly output then 2 blocks of silence, repeatedly

**Steps to reproduce**
Open koala, try to make a sound (e.g. try enabling the metronome and pressing play)

**Expected behavior**
Sound is contiguous

**Actual behavior**
Sound is choppy (blocks of silence inserted.

**Any additional context**

Unfortunately I don't own any of these devices, its user reported from 3 users - it started happening a week ago.
