OboeTester Data Paths needs max channel menu

This is needed because some devices report hidden channels that do not have analog jacks where we can put loopback cables.

For example, the Arturia Minifuse 4 reports 6 channels. But the two high channels can only be used for internal routing using the Arturia control app. So the user can only connect 4 loopback cables.
