Description
Android version(s): 11, System update from 1 Aug 2021
Android device(s): Nokia T20 tablet
Oboe version: 1.6.1
App name used for testing: OboeTester / Mini Piano Lite
**Short description**
I just got my Nokia/HMD T20 tablet (which was released a week ago) and tested with my piano app. Unfortunately the latency is huge, playing the piano is almost impossible.
I tested output with OboeTester from latest main branch.
The default buffers are huge. 1920/1920/3848. Low Latency does not get enabled.
**Steps to reproduce**
Open OboeTester on Nokia T 20
**Expected behavior**
Low latency, something like the 384 frames (on my Nokia 8.1)
**Actual behavior**
3848 frames buffer. Very noticeable latency in app.
**Device**
Nokia/HMD T20 4GB Blue

ro.product.brand = Nokia
ro.product.manufacturer = HMD Global

```
**Any additional context**
It looks like HMD/Nokia dropped the ball here. I would expect some conformity test would prevent such devices from being released. Any way, is there any change you guys can pull some strings there to have them fix their audio?
