Key bindings ignore OS key remapping

I use the Dvorak keyboard layout. Both in Mac and Ubuntu, and in Firefox and Chromium, my OS-level remapping is ignored by neuroglancer. Instead, the key bindings are triggered by the "correct" physical key on the keyboard.

(As a side note, Control should perhaps be replaced by Command on the Mac, though this is debatable.)
