Add option for cylinder annotation

It would be nice to be able to annotate cyclinders with a wire frame, similar to bounding boxes. I'm imagining that users would first draw the circle on one of the visible planes, and then set the height of the cyclinder by clicking on another of the planes, but perhaps there's a better way to do this.
