Still unable to build demos

The instructions are incomplete.

Has anyone built from scratch on a new machine with these instructions?

In an earlier step: export FUCHSIA_SRCDIR=~/fuchsia
~/fuschia will not exist per the instructions.

you need to add:
curl -s "https://fuchsia.googlesource.com/fuchsia/+/HEAD/scripts/bootstrap?format=TEXT" | base64 --decode | bash

Later:
pipenv sync --system
| grep Location | cut -d ' ' -f 2)

This is clearly not right
