Migration planner failing on OneDrive

We have tried running the migration planner for a domain with 22000 one drive files and it has failed. We even divided the batches to small segments like 500-1000 and it still has crashed. It just crashes the machine.

We tested even running the machine with 32 GB of RAM , setting up page file manually or even system managed but that did not help.

ALso tested the new migration planner and the result was the same.

Same migration planner for Exchange worked but failed on one drive.

Start by reproducing the OneDrive migration with the reported 22,000-file domain and smaller 500–1,000-file batches, comparing it with the working Exchange migration. Collect the application or system crash details; done means the OneDrive planner completes without crashing the machine under the reported conditions.
