I am using MDL V1.3.0

This bug is affecting the animation it displays on Mozilla Firefox browser

Using Windows 7 Ultimate

> What are the steps to reproduce the bug? Can you create a plunker/codepen/jsfiddle which reproduces it?

Just run this code

on Chrome and then Mozilla

> What is the expected behavior?

The expected behavior is a smooth load bar which is how it looks like on chrome

> What is the actual behavior?

When I ran it on Mozilla it has an extra bar animation that moves to quick and it looks out of place.
