Cooperative ideas are in keeping with the times, but the cooperative form of enterprise is unknown to many. The Swedish Cooperation project aims to change this. This new website is an essential building block of that vision.

We've used Wordpress with MDL and customized the web elements according to brand guidelines. Major focus has been on developing a good mobile experience, especially with multiple filtering and sorting functionality in mind. We have also incorporated a masonry grid using Isotope sorting and filtering functions with ajax calls to fetch posts from the Wordpress database.

There are three main content areas on the site. 1) The Co-operative Companies page, with over 100 posts, containing statistics and an interactive chart for each company (using Google Charts) with additional filtering and sorting options. 2) The Co-operative Library page, ≈ 60 posts and counting, with filtering options. 3) The Co-operative blog with inspirational articles and interviews with cooperative aficionados.
