Component extensions

Hi there,

Since there's no way to send you guys a message, please forgive me for this Issue ticket.

With the most sincere respect, I created some extra components as extensions to your MDL library, which can be found here: https://github.com/Gixx/mdl-components-ext

But many developers asked me, if I could provide some live demo before they would waste time on testing them out. So I created a demo website, which looks intentionally the same as yours (http://www.getmdl.io/).

I created this ticket, to inform you about this, and also to ask your permission to keep it as is: http://mdl.gixx-web.com/
