[Component Request] {UI-List}

- **Description** - I'd propose a 'UI-list' component... similar to the left side list setup in the screenshot below... the only way i know of to kinda do this currently is by hacking a table or making something custom... but i might be wrong about that! (Anyone know another way to do this?)
