Description
Yet another tab indicator issue in addition to https://github.com/google/material-design-lite/issues/1880.
Once you click on a tab its indicator twitch few times.
Looks like the `.is-active` class was added, removed and then added again to the tab.
I haven't yet dig into MDL JS, but I have all reasons to believe the bug is out there.
