Layout too big with 4.2.2 and some HTC Phones like HTC One Mini

Description
I've tried the layout (with minimal changes) and tested in on iPhone, Samsung, HTC One, HTC One Mini, Acer and etc.
On Samsung and iPhone, the layout looks great. There is a small problem with the icon on Samsung Galaxy. On HTC One mini and Acer, the design is too big for the screen.
When I compare to Bootstrap, the layout with Bootstrap looks perfect on all the devices.
