A lot of images are blurry

First of all, thank you a ton for rendering these.

However, there are quite many images (e.g. ic_add*, the "plus" icon), which are crisp only for certain dpi and certain resolutions (e.g. 36dp are almost never crisp, so are most of hdpi icons). This violates the recommendations of the spec (http://www.google.com/design/spec/style/icons.html#icons-system-icons, placing icons not on pixel), and is generally a sadness for an OCD guy like me (kidding).

Is there any way this can be fixed?

Review the ic_add* icons at 36dp and in the hdpi variants, comparing their alignment against the linked Material Design icon guidance. Done means the affected icons render crisply across the cited dpi and resolution cases; the issue does not name a source file or test to run.
