The following provinces have modified names:
PH-COM : Davao de Oro
PH-MDC : Occidental Mindoro
PH-MDR : Oriental Mindoro
(Regarding Mindoro, an official website of PH Govt (https://psa.gov.ph/classification/psgc) refers to the two provinces by the names stated above, e.g., in https://psa.gov.ph/classification/psgc/downloads/SUMWEBPROV-SEPT2020-CODED-HUC-FINAL.pdf)
