high cpu usage after run a long time

Description
i write to leveldb and delete it ,but after a few weeks, the program do nothing but the cpu usage is 10%, when i delete the already leveldb, the program will create new one, it come to normal, i put the original leveldb to another Linux，the Linux also in high cpu usage
