Description
When I run the command in `Linux kali 5.10.0-kali9-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 5.10.46-1kali1 (2021-06-25) x86_64 GNU/Linux`：
```
$ kCTF[ctf=ctf-directory] > kctf cluster create local-cluster --start --type kind
```
Error is:
```
[E] Couldn't find a kctf-operator pod with status ready=true and image "gcr.io/kctf-docker/kctf-operator@sha256:fe3b80bccd86e90e154005576438864bed33159059a7ab67d1cb42896daef092" after 5 minutes
```
