Description
The "Coyote: A Compiler for Vectorizing Encrypted Arithmetic Circuits" paper, presented at ASPLOS 2023, introduces a compiler to vectorize encrypted circuits that specifically aims to optimize the use of rotations. We could port their work to HEIR.
