test: add a test for mlir-to-bgv lowering matvec or CNNs using the kernel DAG

Now that https://github.com/google/heir/pull/2693 is made, the kernel DAG should have info about the underlying type of the IR. I think this means that if we use BGV integer types, that the kernel that is materialized should preserve integer types.
